Amanda has served Alpha House for over 15 years in various roles, and was called to be Executive Director in 2010. She has a heart and passion for the unborn and all life. Being a miracle baby herself, this drives her passion to lead Alpha House through the growth of educational programs, fundraisers, building projects and service campaigns! She is a 2004 graduate of Southwest Baptist University, and has five children; Monica, Seth, Luke, Toby and Charity.

 Monette has been serving at Alpha House for over 10 years, starting in March of 2012 as Office Manager and moving into her role as Client Services Director in August of 2022. She first started with the ministry after she had finished homeschooling her son and was caring for her mother. She was looking for part-time work with eternal significance. Her background includes education in psychology/sociology as well as certification and experience in parent education and early childhood development. She says "being a part of a team that makes an impact in individual lives and protects the unborn has been a great fit for me!" 

Monette has been married to her husband and best friend, Glen, for the past 30 years!  They have 2 children -both married and they have blessed them with 4 awesome grandchildren. 

Ashley started with the ministry in 2022 as a volunteer mentor. The Lord opened the door for her to begin serving as a paid staff through our mobile unit as our very first Mobile Unit Nurse. Shortly after, the role of Nurse Manager became available and she now serves in BOTH roles! She holds a Masters degree in nursing, is a registered nurse, and has experience working in NICU, ER and nursing education. She is married to Lee, husband of 17 years and together they have 3 wonderful children! When asked what she loves most about serving at Alpha House, Ashley says, "being able to use the skills that the Lord has blessed me with, to give back to Him. And of course- the babies!" 

Courtney first became a part of Alpha House as a volunteer mentor. Her heart for the work done within the ministry is evident. She took over as Office Manager in the fall of 2022, and is a sweet asset to our team!  She gets the privilege of interviewing all incoming volunteers, and helps with several other important tasks! Courtney is married to Sheldon and they have 2 sweet boys through the beautiful choice of adoption.
